This addon is based on Veex's Locknotes addon.
what this does is lets you know if any of your talents that have a proc effect, proc.
it also lets you know if any hostile players around you have either a pally bubble or cloak of shadows.
it also lets you know if any of your attacks miss or get resisted or anything.
