EkRaidAttendance with Consumables logging 2.70a

Dargen's famous EkRaidAttendance enhanced with tracking of consumables usage. Added attendancy type "Well Prepared" that includes raid members with active Well Fed, Battle and Guardian Elixir buffs.

This may be useful if you want to reward the raid members for being fully buffed with consumables.
