The suggestion for different MapNotes colours & icons, and all the graphics work was done by "neptunia", and made me think that perhpas some people would prefer to have different artwork for notes in MapNotes.
On this basis, I made some changes to MapNotes to make this kind of 'skin' AddOn easy to make for MapNotes;
I have not been able to get back in contact with "neptunia", but decided to publish this work so that people can see how they can publish their own icon/text colour preferences for MapNotes
It should work with any recent versions of "MapNotes (Fan's Update)", and although I have to include a .toc to make it a separate AddOn, it is really only dependant on MapNotes being up to date and still compatible - so it should always be safe to load this kind of AddOn even when "out of date".
