This addon reveals every portion of every zone of the world map. This is done by providing the client with hard coded texture and coordinate information, copied and remembered from server-side information about any given area. Areas which you have truly revealed will be shown normally, while other areas will be shaded with a light gray sheen. There is even a checkbox at the top right corner of the world map which you can tick or untick to see the difference between MapReveal being enabled or disabled. Type "/maprev" to see syntax for changing the color of the sheen or removing it completely. Also, unlike other addons which accomplish the same basic purpose, MapReveal uses a method which avoids causing interference with other map-related addons. However, note that the predefined map data used by this addon may not be true to the real map in some cases; if this occurs, you will receive a message prompting you to inform me of the discrepancy so that the hard-coded data set can be updated to the new, proper values.
